Deepest Dorset The Level Two

16.52
Deepest Dorset.

The Level Two completed at 22.19 on Saturday evening.

Landed at Heathrow 22.35 Sunday, drove to Chez Horse in Chiswick to tuck her into bed with a kiss, then drove here arriving 02.30 this morning. I walked to the village store for lettuce, pears, cheese, milk & Dorset Life magazine; then to the village bakery for tasty loaves (one put in the new freezer, which was on order for a year).

Cappucino in the garden at lunchtime: a wonderful, stunning quiet two hours. The sun is shining, bees going like dinkum on the blossom to my immediate left. This was part of a certain kind of England, now mostly gone and generally only available in "heritage" representations. Here, it continues to live.

16.58
David Singleton has arrived.

21.53
Good & long discussions with David regarding ongoing developments in DGM & BTV.

Toyah is on her way from London after battling with the outbreak of petrol madness. There was no shortage in London until people became afraid of shortage, then panic buying, then found the shortage of which they were afraid.
